Join us as LPL hosts special guest Tarsha Joyner, owner of Mrs. Joy's Absolutely Fabulous Treats! Tarsha will be showing us how to use icing to create beautiful designs on some delicious cookies. We only have 12 spaces available, so register fast before they're all taken!
