Dreamwalker Tattoo (18243 Forest Rd) is hosting a Flash Tattoo Day at their shop from 12 to 7 pm. Pick from a range of bookish tattoos with a portion of sales going to support the Lynchburg Public Library. Walk-ins only. Designs are dropping soon.
