Are you looking for a fun, FREE summer STEAM activity for your rising 6th-8th grader(s)? Join Lynchburg Water Resources at the Main Library for water tower building and brainstorming for the upcoming 2025 Model Water Tower Showdown (to take place in Roanoke on July 26)!

If you could build any water tower with your imagination, what would it look like, what would you use, and how would you design it? Bring yourself, your team, creativity, and any supplies from home to brainstorm and craft your tower!

Students may form teams of up to 4 to design and build their water towers with a few requirements, provided in the workshop.
